With SG.S, you are assured, all works will be carried out to the industry’s highest standards, using OE parts, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and by validated garage’s and mechanics, who are approved by and members of SG.S Garage Network™.
And furthermore, by SG.S promise, 14 days money back guarantee and 12 months warranty on all parts and labour, for maximum consumer protection and peace of mind.
1.2 MissionOur mission is to deliver simple and Affordable Nonstop Motoring® with a 5 Star service for all vehicle types via trusted, local SG.S partner garages and mechanics, underpinned by SG.S 14 days money back guarantee and 12 months warranty on all parts & labour, giving ultimate protection and reassurance to SG.S customers.
1.3 ScopeSG.S is a business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) online service.
SG.S platform is for vehicle owners of all types: motorcycles, trikes, cars, minibuses and vans – including garage owners and mechanics. If you own a vehicle or are responsible for the care and maintenance of a vehicle, or own a garage, or are a mechanic that works for a garage, then SG.S is for you.
You may use SG.S as a nonregistered user, registered user and SG.S member by registering to enter our monthly free prize draws, SG.S member by registering to Join Us, or SG.S customer by using our services.
As an SG.S member or customer that has opted-in, you will also benefit from exclusive member offers, and our latest news – including new services released.

SG.S offers both freemium (free) and premium (subject to payment) services, for example – it is free to use, register to be entered into our monthly free prize draws, or become an SG.S member. If, however you book a Best Deal, or purchase a Hot Deal via SG.S platform, these are premium services and subject to payment.

By using SG.S website, or platform and its freemium or premium services, you acknowledge you’ve read, understood, accepted and entered into a legally binding agreement with Smart Garage Services, based on these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy – collectively referred to hereon as the “Agreement”, between us.
It is also understood and accepted by you – that we may revise the Agreement at any time, and it is your responsibility to adhere to the latest version of the Agreement.
If you do not wish to be bound by the Agreement, you should not use SG.S platform or any of its freemium or premium services.
You must comply with the enclosed Terms & Conditions as explained in the following Sections.
2.2 Code of ConductSG.S is committed to the highest standards to serve and protect its users, customers, members, partners, employees and the general public.
To help us achieve this aim, we ask all users of SG.S platform to only share honest and accurate information.
You therefore agree to adhere to the following:

You are responsible for your actions on SG.S platform – including what happens via your online account, until it is closed and/or providing evidence that it has been used without your consent.
2.4 Your SubmissionsYou take full responsibility for all the information you enter, upload and share on SG.S platform.
2.5 IndemnificationYou unconditionally indemnify us against all costs and consequences related to or deriving from your use of SG.S platform, and any 3rd party claims or investigations due to your actions and/or failure to comply with the Agreement.
2.6 NotificationsSG.S communicates with its customers, members and partners via email. You are responsible for reading and complying with all communications.
2.7 Mobile AppSG.S currently has no mobile App for download – however, has been built as a responsive web App for use online via the industry’s latest devices, popular browsers, and securities.
2.8 Our ServicesSG.S offers freemium and premium services.
Freemium means free and not subject to payment. Premium means not free and subject to payment.
It is free to use SG.S platform, register to enter our monthly free prize draws, and become a member of SG.S Smart Motorists Network™. To become an SG.S member, click on Join Us.
If, however you book a Best Deal, or purchase a Hot Deal by paying a deposit, you are using a premium service, subject to payment.
As a registered user, or SG.S member, you will benefit from being notified about new SG.S services, receive our latest news and exclusive member offers – that you can opt-out of, at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in one of our emails.
As an SG.S customer, we will only contact you about our services by email and phone – if you give us permission, by opting-in .
2.9 Free Prize DrawsAs a way of giving back, SG.S runs a monthly free prize draw as a freemium service.
If you register to, or become an SG.S member, or book or purchase an SG.S premium service and opt-in, you will be entered into our monthly free prize draw.
If you win, we will contact you by phone or email.
2.10 PaymentSG.S only accepts payment online via debit card, major credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you book a vehicle service via SG.S platform, you will be liable for payment of the price agreed, plus the cost of any additional work agreed by you, with our local SG.S partner garage.
If you purchase a deal subject to a deposit, you will be liable for payment of the price agreed, plus the cost of any additional work agreed by you, with our local SG.S partner garage, minus your deposit amount paid.
SG.S will only ask you to make payment of the price accepted, or total amount agreed by you, prior to all works being carried out, by our local SG.S partner garage.
After payment in-full, if you did not purchase our -£5 Drive-In discount during the booking of a Best Deal, or a Hot Deal not inclusive of collect & return, the garage will return your vehicle as agreed with you.

Section 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY is applicable.
2.11 Invoices & ReceiptsIf you purchase a Hot Deal – subject to payment of a deposit, SG.S will send you an email with details of your purchase and a link to download your deposit payment receipt.
If you book a Best Deal, not subject to payment of a deposit, you will only receive an email with details of your booking, subject to payment.
After all booked, or purchased, or agreed additional works have been completed by our local SG.S partner garage, you will receive an email from SG.S to advise your vehicle is ready, with details of your job, a link to view & approve – including download an applicable .pdf invoice, and payment link to make a secure payment online.
Once payment has been made in-full, you will receive an SG.S email with a link to download a .pdf payment receipt and an advice your vehicle is ready for collection or will be returned for free as agreed by you with the garage.
SG.S invoices & receipts are issued on behalf of SG.S and local SG.S partner garages and comply with HMRC latest guidelines for VAT and non-VAT registered businesses.
If you do have a query regarding your invoice, you should email: [email protected] with full details – including your job ID, vehicle registration and a member of SG.S team will endeavour to respond within 3 working days.
2.12 Use of Data and CookiesSG.S Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy are a part of these Terms & Conditions, that make up the Agreement, between us.
2.13 Rights to Act Contrary to the AgreementIf you believe you are entitled to act contrary to the Agreement, you agree to provide us with a substantiated explanation in writing by email: [email protected]
Section 11 – CONTACT US at least (30) thirty days BEFORE you act contrary to the Agreement.
It is understood by you, we may provide you with an alternative remedy, though we are under no obligation to do so, and you agree to pay all costs associated to the assessment of your application.
We grant you all rights to use and benefit from the freemium and premium services we offer via SG.S platform if you comply with the Agreement.
We reserve all rights to act as necessary in-order to protect SG.S platform, its users, customers, members and partners, to safeguard the deliverance of SG.S services, if you breech the Agreement.
4.2 Services AvailabilitySG.S is committed to point 1.2 – Mission. We therefore reserve all rights to suspend access to SG.S platform without notice, in-order to improve our services.
This means we reserve all rights to remove, modify and replace site content at any time, and for any reason at our sole discretion, without notice – including change or discontinue in-part or in-full, a service or services.
It is therefore understood and accepted by you – we do not guarantee SG.S platform, nor will its services be available at all time, for example we may experience hardware, software or other problems and need to perform essential maintenance to the site, that will or may result in interruptions, delays or errors.
You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any losses, or damages, or inconvenience you may incur by your inability to access and use SG.S platform and its services during any downtime period, or temporary or permanent discontinuance of some of SG.S services.
We are therefore not obliged to maintain and support all our services, including fix potential problems through update or release for download.
It is also accepted by you that site information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions to our services – including but not limited to descriptions, pricing, disclaimers, availability, and other information’s.
For the sake of clarity, SG.S reserves all rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change, or update the incorrect information’s at any time, with or without prior notice, and retroactively.
4.3 Site ManagementIt is accepted by you we reserve all rights and at our sole discretion:
SG.S platform may display links to 3rd party websites and platforms.
We have no control over 3rd party websites and platforms from being able to access your private and confidential information if you choose to click on a link.
You accept to be entirely responsible for using 3rd party websites and platforms and complying with their privacy policy, cookies policy and terms & conditions.
4.5 InteractionsYou are wholly responsible for your interactions on SG.S platform and with 3rd party providers of SG.S services.
SG.S has sole discretion on acting as an arbitrator – if a dispute arises between you and another user of SG.S platform, or a 3rd party provider of SG.S services.
4.6 Disclosure of User and Member InformationYou agree that we may disclose your details, if required to do so by law or in good faith, if in our opinion, disclosure is necessary to:
If you book or purchase a premium service and agree additional works with a local SG.S partner garage, you agree to pay in-full all monies owed – including associated costs, resulting from your failure to pay.
SG.S aims to provide a reliable service of not less than 99.9% up-time – however we may need to take SG.S platform offline for example, for maintenance and improvement purposes, or to release new services, to benefit you and other SG.S users – including customers, members and partners, and therefore we do not guarantee SG.S platform will function without error or interruption.
You agree and accept to use SG.S platform and its services on an ‘as is’, or ‘when is available’ basis.
If you book, or purchase a premium service via SG.S platform, with or without free collect & return and agree, or not to additional work with a local SG.S partner garage, or its contractors – if applicable, known or unknown to SG.S, you agree and accept as part of the Agreement, SG.S has limited liability of up to the maximum amount it earned on the sale of the premium service, on behalf of the local SG.S partner garage; and any additional amount paid by us, to you, is at our sole discretion, after investigating & evaluating your claim, and our judgement & decision is final.
If you win a free prize – congratulations! However, you acknowledge without dispute – that our liability is limited to payment in-full, of the purchase price, of the free prize, as agreed between SG.S and the seller of the product or service; and thereafter, the entirety of all potential liabilities, are subject to the seller’s guarantee, or warranty, or aftersales service agreement, including any potential costs – that are subject to mutual agreement, and exclusively for your or the seller’s account.
Furthermore, you acknowledge and accept, SG.S is an online service, and whilst we endeavour to use the industry’s latest securities to protect all our users, we do not guarantee SG.S platform is secure and free from bugs or viruses.
SG.S bookings department may change the date booked, garage allocated or even cancel your booking, or purchase of an SG.S premium service at any time.
If SG.S cancels your booking, or purchase of an SG.S premium service, and there is no breach by you of the Agreement, SG.S will refund in full the deposit amount paid by you.
If, however cancellation is due to a breach of the Agreement by you, the amount calculated as the refund by SG.S accounts department, will be final.
Reimbursement of the deposit amount paid by you – if applicable, for the premium service is the exclusive remedy for cancellation by SG.S.
SG.S reserves all rights to block access to its services for an IP address or range of IP addresses associated with a user who breaches the Agreement.
7.2 Cancellation by BuyerWe understand you could change your mind after booking or purchasing an SG.S premium service.
If you wish to change the date booked, you should contact the allocated SG.S garage directly, however for change of the allocated SG.S garage, you should contact SG.S bookings department by email: [email protected] – including your original booking, with job ID + registration, and the reason why you want us to reallocate your job.
If, however you have decided to cancel your booking or purchase of an SG.S premium service, you must email: [email protected] and enclose full details – including the reasons why, you wish to cancel.
We ask this question because we care and are committed to point 1.2 – Mission, plus our standard handling fee of £10 minimum based on average resolution time, is rarely covered by the nominal deposit paid at time of purchasing an SG.S premium service, and therefore you agree and accept, you may be liable for additional charges, and the amount you must pay will be at the sole discretion of SG.S accounts department.
If you do choose to cancel the purchase of an SG.S premium service, any balance refund – if applicable will only be credited to the method of payment used.
You may terminate your SG.S member status, ask us to close your online account, delete your data from our systems, and we will do so within 3 working days – subject to there being no conflicting reasons.
If you wish to terminate your SG.S member status, close your online account, you must email: [email protected] – including your vehicle’s registration, and a synopsis of why.
We ask why because we care and we are committed to point 1.2 – Mission, and we’d like an opportunity to rectify any disappointment you may have experienced by using our freemium or premium services or having had work carried out by one of our local SG.S partner garages.
Please note, you can opt-out from receiving SG.S member notifications at any time, by clicking on unsubscribe in one of our emails.
If you believe SG.S, or the allocated garage, or its contractors – if applicable, have not fulfilled their obligations of the premium service booked or purchased to your satisfaction, then we ask you to email: [email protected] with full details – including your job ID + vehicle registration, and reasons why.
Upon receipt of your email, SG.S bookings department will swiftly act to try and amicably resolve any dispute you have with SG.S, or the allocated SG.S garage, or its contractors – if applicable, to your satisfaction.
We affirm, SG.S is committed to point 1.2 – Mission and will therefore do everything possible without exception to find an amicable resolution.
In the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, we draw your attention to the following:
9.2 Your RightsIf you booked or purchased an SG.S premium service, your rights are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9.3 Our RightsIf we were unable to reach a mutual agreement, our Agreement is governed by the law of England & Wales with nominated arbitration & jurisdiction in the Courts of London, England, United Kingdom.
If any provisions of the Agreement are found to be unenforceable by law the provisions will be modified to render their intentions as legally enforceable by law with immediate effect.
Any illegal or unenforceable provisions found in the Agreement, do not nullify the Agreement or its enforceable provisions.
10.2 Entire AgreementYou accept the entirety of the Agreement between us and grant us full permission to amend it at any time, with or without notice.
10.3 No Injunctive ReliefYou agree not to enjoin or prohibit SG.S from providing or offering its freemium and premium services or use any material to bring SG.S into disrepute.
10.4 Transfer of Obligations and RightsYou may not transfer any obligations or rights under the Agreement.
We may freely transfer our obligations and rights under the Agreement.
